Reviews on facebook for our blood making video.
In a group we all made different types of blood e.g. cheap and easy blood, peanut butter blood, chocolate blood and washing up liquid blood. We did this investigation to find out which bloods are for which type of movie e.g. peanut butter blood is good for horror movies like saw where you see guts coming out and washing up liquid blood is good for slasher movies as its good for splatting it up the walls and it being poured all over the floor.

What we learnt from our reviews:
From our reviews on our first attempt at our opening sequence we realised that we need to be more enthusiastic in our opening sequence so that our audience do not loose interest and keep it looking realistic. It also helped us know that the editing could be better as cuts between shots weren't smooth enough and was also jumpy leaving it looking unprofessional. The reviews also showed that us that it was quite dark so was hard for the audience to watch and understand what was happening, we needed more candles and a lamp to create low key lighting we want but to make it not to dark that it it hard to see what is happening.
Therefore due to our comments, we decided to use less dialogue, and become more relaxed. we sounded to scripted so we decided to go un-scripted and make our conversation come naturally when we used the spinning shot. this made it look realistic. Additionally we changed the lighting by added lamps in corners where they wouldn't be so noticeable to the audience, due to increasing the lighting you could see a lot more of what is actually happening. Wee also found our final sequence a lot easier to edit so it ended up not being jumpy. this was due to the girls not looking at the camera when they have finished talking, and leaving the shots 3 seconds longer at the end to allow time for us to edit in.
